Fred C. Collier

Brother Collier was born on the 27th of December 1948, and grew up in Ogden and Roy, Utah, where he was raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a child he was of a sober disposition and at the age of 14 his mind took a deep Interest in the Restored Gospel, which as the future would prove, became the Calling and Preoc­cupation of his whole mind and life.

He was married in the Logan Temple at the age of 18, and three years later, was introduced to the Birthright Heir of the Prophet Joseph Smith. He was Ordained to the Keys of the Higher Order and Fulness of the Patri­archal Priesthood on the 10th of August 1970, and from that time to this, has devoted his life to the service of the Priesthood and the promotion of Doctrine and Theology as originally taught by the Prophet Joseph Smith, President Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball, John Taylor, and their contemporaries.

He is author and editor of the Magazine Doctrine of the Priesthood, which to date has published 40 issues, most of which have been devoted to early Church Doctrine and History. Aside from this he is also the author of numerous books, which include: The Book of Revelations, Unpublished Rev­elations of the Prophets and Presidents of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Volumes I, II, & III, The Teachings of President Brigham Young, The Kirtland Council Minute Book, The Nauvoo High Council Minute Books, President Brigham Young’s Doctrine on Deity Vol 1, and The Office Journal of President Brigham Young 1858 –1863, Book D.
